Connect to Infilink network in minutes with these simple steps

Smartphone Setup

Open WiFi Settings

Go to Settings → WiFi on your phone.

Find Infilink Network

Look for the network named "Infilink_Network" in the available networks list.

Tap to Connect

Tap on "Infilink_Network" to connect.

Enter Access Token

When prompted for a password, enter your access token (received via email/SMS). Type carefully!

You're Connected!

Your phone will connect automatically. Look for the WiFi icon in your status bar.

Laptop/PC Setup

Windows

1. Click the WiFi icon in the taskbar (bottom-right corner)

2. Select "Infilink_Network" from the list

3. Click "Connect"

4. Enter your access token when asked for the network security key

5. Check "Connect automatically" if you want to connect in the future without re-entering

macOS

1. Click the WiFi icon in the menu bar (top-right)

2. Select "Infilink_Network"

3. Enter your access token in the password field

4. Check "Remember this network" for automatic future connections

5. Click "Join"

Linux

1. Click the Network icon (usually top or bottom panel)

2. Select "Infilink_Network" from WiFi networks

3. Enter your access token as the WiFi password

4. Click "Connect"

Other Devices

Smart TVs

Navigate to Settings → Network → WiFi, select "Infilink_Network", and enter your token using the on-screen keyboard.

Gaming Consoles (PS5, Xbox)

Go to Settings → Network, scan for WiFi networks, select "Infilink_Network", and input your access token.

Tablets (iPad, Android)

Follow the same steps as smartphones: Settings → WiFi → Infilink_Network → Enter token.

Smart Home Devices

Most smart devices are configured through their companion apps. Select "Infilink_Network" during setup and enter your token when requested.

Troubleshooting

Can't see "Infilink_Network"?

• Make sure you're within our coverage area in Ikorodu

• Try turning WiFi off and on again

• Move closer to a window or open area

"Incorrect password" error?

• Double-check your access token for typos

• Tokens are case-sensitive—enter exactly as shown

• Check that your token hasn't expired

Connected but no internet?

• Wait 30-60 seconds for full connection

• Try opening a different website

• Contact support if the issue persists
